Tang Shuangning, a special researcher of Chinese Calligraphy Institution of Chinese National Academy of Arts, honorary chairman of Chinese Financial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Financial Artists Association, China financial Calligraphy Association, consultant of Chinese Poetry Society, honorary president of Yinlian Society of China, member of China Calligraphy Association, honorary director and researcher of Likeran Academy of Painting, enjoys State Council expert for special allowance. Mr. Tang is not only a painter, but also a renowned calligrapher in China. he expertizes in several types of Chinese calligraphy: an excessively free cursive style named ‘Cursive Writing’, ‘Cursive Writing Seal’ and so on. His love on painting started from Chinese impressionistic painting. Then he combined skills of calligraphy with painting skills, creating a new style of painting named ‘Cursive Writing Painting’. Recently he was fascinated by abstract paintings. Besides paintings and calligraphy, he has profound knowledge on literary and specializes in poetry and prose. Meanwhile, he is interested in philosophy and history.
